Things we can help with

• Whether a piece fits the room you have, if you tell us the wall length and where the door swings.
• A figure the page does not answer clearly enough: a clearance, an internal height, a hanging drop.
• Which model a spare part or a shelf pin belongs to.
• Something on this site that looks wrong: a price, a photograph, a specification.
• A correction to one of our guides, including a source we should have read.

Things we cannot help with

Orders, payments, delivery and returns are handled by the store where you checked out rather than by us, so their support team can act on those and we cannot. If you tell us what you have and what went wrong, we can usually work out which part you need before you contact them.
