Underneath the finish it is built from steel frame, with steel slats and 9 legs reaching the floor, rated to 1,000 lb.

There is a charging panel with a Type-C port. It is an extension of the socket it plugs into rather than a circuit of its own.

A frame is judged after the first month rather than in the photograph. Slat spacing keeps the mattress flat, the centre legs keep the middle from dropping, and damped slat bearings are what keep it silent.
